Ingredients
4 cups (16-ounce) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
2 cups (8-ounce) shredded smoked cheese
1 pkg. (8-ounce) cream cheese, softened
1-1/2 cups cold cooked Riceland Plump & Tender Medium Grain Rice
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1/2 teaspoons onion powder
1/4 teaspoons cayenne pepper
1 jar (10-ounce) raspberry preserves
Preparation
1. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except preserves; blend well.
2. Form mixture into a ring or log; make 1/2-inch groove down center on top of ring or log.
3. Cover; refrigerate 1 hour to blend flavors.
4. Just before serving, spoon preserves into groove. Garnish with parsley. Serve with crackers.
