The Riceland Gift Box Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Riceland Foods, Inc., 2120 S. Park Avenue, Stuttgart, AR 72160 (“Sponsor”). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, or any other social media platform.
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Riceland Foods, Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or persons living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win.
The Giveaway begins on November 12, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. Central Time and ends on November 23, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time (“Giveaway Period”). Entries received before or after this period will not be eligible.
To enter, participants must complete the following steps on Instagram during the Giveaway Period:
Each tagged comment counts as one entry. Multiple entries are allowed with a maximum of 5 entries; however, tagging the same friend more than once will not result in additional entries. Entrants must have an active Instagram and/or Facebook account for the duration of the Giveaway to verify eligibility.
One (1) winner will receive one (1) Riceland Gift Box containing an assortment of Riceland products and branded items (Approximate Retail Value: $50).
No cash or other substitution of prizes is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The winner will be announced on Riceland Foods’ Instagram and Facebook Stories on November 24, 2025 and contacted via direct message from the official @ricelandfoods account.
The selected winner must respond within 48 hours of notification to claim the prize. If no response is received within 48 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
By entering, you grant Sponsor permission to use your name, Instagram handle, likeness, and/or entry for promotional purposes without compensation, except where prohibited by law.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Riceland Foods, Inc., Instagram, Meta, and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize.
