Ingredients:

  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 10 oz. miniture marshmallows
  • 6 cups crisped rice cereal
  • 10 oz. pink colored white chocolate melting wafers
  • Valentines day sprinkles

Instructions:

  1. Line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper or grease with cooking spray.
  2. In large saucepan melt butter over low heat.
  3. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
  4. Remove from heat add crisped rice cereal.
  5. Quickly stir until well coated.
  6. Using buttered spatula evenly press mixture on cookie sheet and cool.
  7. Using a heart shaped cookie cutter, cut hearts into cooled treat mix.
  8. In a microwave safe bowl, melt white chocolate wafers, heating for 30 second increments and stirring well until smooth.
  9. Decorate with melted chocolate and sprinkles.
