Ingredients
6 Tbsp. salted butter
16-ounce bag mini marshmallows
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
6 cups crisped rice cereal
Preparation
- Line a 9x13-inch pan with parchment paper.
- In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Reduce heat to low and add bag of mini marshmallows to melted butter. Stir continuously until all marshmallows are melted and mixture is smooth.
- Remove from heat, stir in vanilla.
- Add crisped rice cereal and mix until evenly coated.
- Pour mixture into lined pan and lightly press until evenly spread.
**The harder you pack the mixture into the pan, the tougher they are to eat.
