Ingredients
2 cups Riceland sushi rice
1/4 cup rice vinegar
16-ounces imitation crab, chopped
1/2 cup Japanese mayo
1 tsp. sriracha
2-ounces cream cheese, softened
1 sheet seaweed, cut into 1" x 3" rectangles
1 Tbsp. black sesame seeds
Preparation
- Prepare rice according to package directions.
- While hot, mix in rice vinegar. Set aside to cool.
- Mix crab, mayo, sriracha and cream cheese in bowl.
- Take 3 tablespoons of rice and form into bowl shape. Add 2 Tbsp. crab mixture to middle of bowl shape.
- Take another 3 tablespoons and place on top of crab mixture. Form into triangle shape.
- Wrap bottom of rice ball with seaweed and dip top half in black sesame seeds. Serve chilled.
