Ingredients:

- 2 cups cooked Riceland white rice  

- 1 lb. ground lamb or beef  

- 1 tsp garlic powder  

- 1 tsp oregano  

- 1/2 tsp paprika  

- Salt and pepper to taste  

- 8 small pita breads or tortillas  

- 1 cup chopped cucumbers  

- 1 cup chopped tomatoes  

- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese  

- 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce  

- Fresh dill for garnish  

Instructions:

1. In a skillet, cook ground lamb or beef with garlic powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper until browned.  

3. Place rice and seasoned meat on each pita or tortilla. Top with cucumbers, tomatoes, and feta.  

4. Drizzle tzatziki sauce over the top.  

5. Sprinkle with fresh dill and serve immediately.
