Ingredients
2 pkgs. (8-ounce each) cream cheese at room temperature
1 cup cooked Riceland Plump and Tender Medium Grain Rice
6 Tablspoon. finely chopped black olives
3 Tablspoon. green onion tops, chopped
1-1/2 Tablspoon. horseradish
1 Tablspoon. pickle relish
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
6-8 thin slices baked (or boiled) ham
Preparation
Cream cheese until fluffy. Add rice, olives, onion, horseradish, pickle relish and Worcestershire sauce; blend well. Spread ham slices with rice mixture and roll tightly. Skewer with toothpicks. Cover and chill several hours. At serving time, cut into 1/2-inch slices. Makes 5-6 dozen. (From our "Make it Right with Riceland Rice" cookbook)
