Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 lb beef stew meat or sirloin, cubed
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup Riceland Long Grain Rice
- 3 cups beef broth
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ cup sour cream
- Salt & pepper
- Parsley for garnish
Instructions:
- Brown beef in butter; remove.
- Sauté onion, garlic, and mushrooms.
- Stir in rice, broth, Worcestershire, paprika. Return beef.
- Simmer 20–25 minutes until rice is tender.
- Stir in sour cream before serving. Garnish.
Variations: Substitute poultry, use Greek yogurt, add spinach.
Tips: Don’t overcook sour cream; slice beef against grain.
