Ingredients
1 cup Riceland Parboiled Long Grain Rice
1/4 cup butter or margarine
2/3 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped green onion tops
2 Tablespoons minced parsley
1 Tablespoon brown sugar
Preparation
- Cook rice according to package directions.
- In a skillet, saute the remaining ingredients in butter until the vegetables are tender.
- Add the sauteed mixture to the hot cooked rice.
- Mix well.
- Serve warm.
