Ingredients
1 cups Riceland sushi rice
2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
6-ounces imitation crab, chopped
1/2 cup Japanese mayo
1 Tbsp. sriracha
1 cucumber, thinly sliced
1 tsp. black sesame seeds
1 tsp. sesame seeds
1 avocado, thinly sliced
1/2 cup cabbage slaw
4-ounces smoked salmon
Wasabi
Pickled ginger
Preparation
- Prepare rice according to package instructions.
- While rice is hot, gently mix in rice vinegar and set aside to cool.
- Chop imitation crab. Thinly slice cucumber using mandoline. Thinly slice avocado and smoked salmon.
- Mix Japanese mayo and sriracha together.
- Place 1/2 cup of rice in bowl.
- Top with desired ingredients.
