- 1 cup cooked Riceland Long-Grain White Rice, cooled
- ½ cup oats
- ½ cup almond butter
- ⅓ cup pumpkin puree
- ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
