Ingredients
3 Tablespoon. wine vinegar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoons Italian seasoning
2 green onions, chopped
1/4 teaspoons seasoned salt
4 cups cold cooked Riceland Gold Perfected Rice
1/2 cup sliced ripe olives
1 1/2 cups grated Mozzarella cheese
3 cups torn romaine or leaf lettuce
Preparation
1. Combine vinegar, oil, Italian seasoning, onions and seasoned salt.
2. Pour over rice; mix well and chill.
3. Just before serving, toss with ripe olives, Mozzarella cheese and lettuce.
4. Serve with cheese or crackers for a quick cool lunch!
