Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can (10.5 ounce) cream of chicken soup
1 can (10.5 ounce) cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (.7 ounce) package Italian seasoning dressing mix
2 (4 ounce) cans sliced mushrooms
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
chopped fresh parsley
3 cups cooked Riceland Long Grain Rice
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
1. Place chicken in a slow cooker.
2. Combine soups, cream cheese, Italian seasoning, mushrooms, onion, and garlic in a large bowl. Pour over chicken.
3. Cook on low for 8 hours. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour slow cooked chicken mixture over rice in a bowl.
