Ingredients
1 cup Riceland Extra Long Grain Rice
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 cup celery, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can chicken broth
2 teaspoons Liquid Smoke
salt and pepper to tast
Preparation
1. Cook rice according to package directions.
2. Saute celery and onion in butter until tender.
3. In a large bowl, mix soup, broth, liquid smoke, salt and pepper.
4. Add cooked rice and sauteed vegetables and mix well.
5. Pour into prepared 9 by 11-inch casserole dish. Bake uncovered 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
