Ingredients
1 bag Riceland Boil-in-Bag Rice
4 boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
2 stalks chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
1 jar (2-ounce) pimentos
3/4 - 1 cup salad dressing
2 tablespoons mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
1. Prepare rice according to package directions to yield two cups of cooked rice.
2. While rice cooks, combine remaining ingredients in a bowl.
3. Allow cooked rice to cool slightly, then add to other ingredients.
4. Stir gently. Chill until ready to serve.
