Ingredients
1 cup cooked Riceland brown rice
1 10-ounce can chicken
1 (10-ounce) can tomatoes with green chilies
1 (10-ounce) can cream of chicken mushroom soup
1/4 cup of chicken broth
1/2 pound American processed cheese product
Preparation
- Cook rice according to package directions.
- Combine all ingredients and mix well. Add cooked brown rice, and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Add 1/2 pound of cubed American processed cheese product and stir continuously until melted and serve.
Note: Serve with salad and bread as a meal or with tortilla chips as a dip.
